Matthew Funds 1 + 2 invest only if the crypto or stock is listed on an exchange. This makes buying them less difficult due to the fact that the largest exchanges (cryptocurrency and or stock exchanges) carry them. Investors use a DAPP for the buying process of Matthew Funds 1 + 2.
Matthew Fund 3 allows investors to get an allocation in an upcoming PRE ICO TOKEN sale. Investors use the Matthew Investment Discord Group allocation sales method for the buying process.
DESCRIPTION - Mathew Fund 1
1.1 A pool of funds is deployed to invest in and trade 50% new issued tokens and 50% older issued tokens such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), Terra (LUNA), XRP (XRP), Cardano (ADA).
1.2 The fund will be managed by our trading professional (Anton Matthew) using research from our team of crypto analysts.
1.3 The crypto currency trades will be placed on an official exchange by using a DAPP and smart contracts.

1 DESCRIPTION - Mathew Fund 2
2.1 Matthew Fund 2 invests in stocks. It mainly invests in stocks of high technology companies building services and applications on the blockchain.
2.2 Due to the fact that this fund invests in stocks and not crypto it is permitted to be promoted in China.
2.3 Our advantage is that we are small and specialized. By staying small we are able to implement trading strategies quicker. Should one stock do less well our fund is small enough to re-calibrate and put more emphasis in other stocks we cover. Large funds often take weeks to make buys.
2.4 Research - our equity research involves monitoring up to 30 original equity research sources. Many of these sources are in the Chinese or German language and translated into English within 24 hours of publication. Matthew Fund 2 has an "Equity Checklist" in place to select stocks based on specific criteria.
2.5 Swing Trading Strategy - anticipates short-term changes in value, but the changes anticipated by this strategy usually occur over investment cycles which typically last several months, not in a single trading day. Both fundamental and technical analysis will be used and are essential elements of this strategy. Risk is mitigated by monitoring the trading account minute-by-minute, once a stock has been purchased and by the ability to effect trades quickly.

3.1 Matthew Fund 3 is a community backed group dedicated to funding projects in their early stages that we deem can have a significant impact on their respective niche.
We have an active community on Discord, Telegram, and Youtube.
3.2 Matthew Fund 3 focuses on investments within the Blockchain universe and primarily covers north American, European and Asian pre-seed/seed stage startups that support the crypto/blockchain ecosystem and B2B startups that generate their value through the use of blockchain technology.
3.3 We look for highly scalable, revenue driven business models with a preference for cross industry use-cases.

2. Projects waiting distribution - are our past deals where the investment process has ended and we're in the process of distributing the tokens.
3. Live Deals - will show the current deals you can actively research and invest it.
2Q: How can I invest in a deal?
A: The process is listed below:
1. Any new deal will be announced in #『📢』announcements so make sure you don't have your speakers on “Mute” or else you will miss it.
2. You will then have 1-2 days to prepare the funds until the deal is available.
3. Usually the deal details will be available at 3PM UTC and everyone will have a minimum of 2 hours to do their research. You can ask us questions about the deal, however it is best if you join the team's social media channels and ask them directly.
4. At the end of the 2 hours, the contribution form will appear in #『📢』announcements only. Do not use any other forms besides that one! Scammers are everywhere.
5. Once the contribution form is available, it will be a FCFS system so it's best that you don't waste time or else you will miss out on the deal.
- Only send funds from your own wallet - do not sent directly from an exchange.
6. Once you complete the contribution form you will receive a copy of it in your email so you can track your investment.
7. If we raise more funds than our allocation, everyone that sent after the cap was reached will receive a refund in the next 24 hours.
8. 24 hours later the final allocation form will be available in #『💲』final-allocation and everyone that invested will be able to search for their wallet address and check if their investment was valid or not.
3Q: Can anyone invest?
A: Yes - as long as you respect the terms from the Disclaimer (there are some restrictions there and not everyone is eligible to invest).
4Q: How much can I invest?
A: The minimum is $1000 for deals with vesting for up to 12 months. Projects with vesting period over 12 months will be a $2,000 minimum investment.
5Q: Are there any other restrictions?
A: No, unless specified - we don't have a token that you need to buy, lottery or whitelisting system. We're aiming to be as inclusive as possible.
6Q: Does Matthew Investment have a token?
A: No, not at this time.
Tips for new members
1. Contributions are FCFS. Using a low gas fee will not help you secure your contribution. Use a reasonable gas price.
2. The contribution form will always be posted in #『📢』announcements. Don't use any other forms!
3. If you send over your max contribution limit, your contribution will be refunded fully with a 5% fee. Max caps are there for a reason.
4. Leaking deals is not permitted and might potentially result in a loss of the entire allocation. You will be banned without recourse if you are caught sharing deal details outside of this channel.
